Ultimate Auto Sports
2008 Orlando Web Site Redesign
I’ve known Marshall for a long time, and when Marshall called me because Dave Mercedes’ Ultimate Auto Sports needed a new website, I answered. The old site was outdated, badly coded, and dull to the eye. Using their logo as a starting point, I added brighter colors, cleaner images, and more concise content.
The goal in this redesign was the show customers that Ultimate Auto Sports was indeed the ultimate.

2008 WordPress Theme & Store
In 2008, Xterm Pest Management wanted to migrate they zen cart store to the easier to use WordPress CMS. I was handed directions to build the store according to a specific style they had enjoyed, leading to this variant theme for the site.
This formed the foundation for future development of Xterm Pest Management properties for the coming years.

2008 Custom MySpace Page Style
In 2008, Xterm Pest Management had shifted away from their original 2006/07 themes and designs and the myspace page was no different. Abandoning the corporate blue of myspace, Xterm’s myspace page embraced green and simplicity for visitors.
As MySpace falls out of favor on the web of today, this page still remains as, like so many, a firm reminder of when MySpace was the first place for your business to reach out to.
Extreme Pest Management
2007 Orlando Web Site Design
I came to know Bruce Moore of Extreme Pest Management from my relationship with Xterm Pest Management. He wanted a similar, but lighter web site with more focus on his signature services. Pest Control and Lawn Care.
Unlike Xterm Pest Management’s corporate-sized site, Extreme Pest Management’s site focuses right on the services, right from the first page and menu.

2008 Realignment
In the year since the launch of the previous edition of the site, I was once more asked by Xterm Pest Management to update their site. What was once a small site, had become an unfocused, labyrinth of a web site filled with tacked-on content.
So I set out to take that site and organize it, optimize the code and focus in what mattered. The 8th edition of the site proved to be the most successful Xterm Pest Management’s history.

2007 phpBB Theme
My last dive into phpBB before the new version came out lead me to creating this theme exclusively for Solar Outpost’s Forums.
There isn’t much to say about it except that I still periodically update it and tweak it.

2007 CSS Realignment
With termite season over, Xterm Pest Management and I laid out a plan to gradually shift from the design at the time to the one for 2008. Over a period of 4 months and 8 revisions, Xterm Pest Management was converted from a traditional web site into a purely CSS web site.

2007 eCommerce Store
With Google punishing ZenCart sites for the handiwork of spammers, I was asked to redesign the site on WordPress. In this web site realignment, I focused on keeping the same user experience and accessibility while embracing all the options open to me at the time on WordPress.
This work laid the foundation for all following redesigns, updates and expansions of Xterm Pest Management’s Do It Yourself Pest Control store.

2007 Web Site Design
In 2007, facing a notable termite swarm season, I once again updated Xterm Pest Management’s website. With a new header and a pass to reduce more clutter on the site, I -per request- featured the company’s new technology and embrace of open source software and green pest management every chance I got.
It would only be another few revisions from achieving the best look yet.

2006 Web Site Design
The second published design for Xterm Pest Management, and the 4th actual design. This time the site focused on a huge clean up of the launch version, focusing in on what really mattered. Everything essential to the future of the company is here, it wouldn’t be long until it was right. Note, the image erroneously states 2007.

2006 eCommerce Store
Shortly after the Redesign of Xterm Pest Management, I was asked to build a site for their Do It Yourself Pest Control Store. Using the reliable ZenCart program as a base, a store was built and launched within 3 weeks of the request with products.
Of course, Google cracked down on spammers in 2007, one of which was a sudden proliferation of ZenCart-based spam sites prompting a redesign.

I met Mike and Kelly via Dave at Orlando Classic Cars and built their site along almost the same lines as Orlando Classic Cars per their request.

2003 Classic Car Dealership
7 Years Ago I met Dave and we kicked off a relationship that would last to this day. The site does well and draws complements from visitors and customers alike. They say the measure of doing things right is when others copy it. In 2010, a rival classic car dealership copied this site, confirming the endurance of this design.
