-
Do you use templates?
-
Do you do political websites?
-
Do you do e-commerce sites?
-
Do you use cookie cutter sites?
No.
99% of the time, I design websites from the ground up without recycling designs.
The 1% of the time that I don't build from the ground up is typically when a group of like-minded friends each want their own website looking like their fellow business friend's site.
Similar to Orlando Classic Cars & Vantage Sports Cars & Nielsen Classics which all use a variation on the Dave-Design because they are all friends and friendly competitors with one another.

Why do I need a site redesign?
As a site owner, the need for a redesign can encompass a great many topics. Sites can look dated, break down over time, or simply no longer matches your current direction.
When considering a redesign, Take a pen and piece of paper and write down five reasons as to why you need to redesign your site. If three or more of the reasons deal with the usability, that might be a strong indication that a site redesign is probably a good idea.

Can you preform website maintenance?
-
How long does it take to build a website?
In most cases, it can take up to a few weeks. That process can be accelerated with prompt feedback and approvals from you at each of the production steps and productive meetings.
My current goals in 2010 is to deliver an original design in ten days and another 10 days for copy and launch 10 days after that.
-
How much does it cost to have a site hosted?
It depends on your web host. I can recommend several hosting companies that provide a vast array of services and features for affordable rates.
-
What services does Orlando Web Design provide?
I am a full-service website development freelancer. That is, I not only do the design and coding of the site, I can also write the copy for the site, search engine marketing, maintenance and hosting. Lots more information under services about all of this.
And if there is something I can't do, I have colleagues of mine I frequently collaborate with on projects.
-
Can you make a version of my site for the iPhone?
-
Can you design my site and use my own web hosting?
Yes.
But I'll need to know who is hosting you and what they offer to create a website that functions properly on your server.
Many web hosts are different with rules and limitations that vary from one host to another. These limitations are impact the operation of your site and how much I can do for you.
For example, if you want an online store and your host doesn't allow or use MySQL or a similar database program, then your host will be unable to provide the services you need for your store.
-
Who decides on the navigation and organization of my website?
-
Once the site is built, can I change it or add to it down the road?
Absolutely. I encourage my clients to update and add to their sites. Fresh material keeps visitors coming back and encourages search engines to visit your site more frequently.
If you are looking for something you can update yourself and plan to do so frequently or run a blog, then ask for a wordpress-centric site. I can design a theme for it and install it fairly quickly.
-
What's the first step to get the ball rolling on producing my website?
-
What if I have an existing website, but I'd just like to update my look?
I can certainly do website redesigns. Once I get an idea of what you're looking for, I can provide you with several design and price options.
I can also preform site realignments which are similar to a redesign, but instead of changing the overall design of the site, I make the content of your site fit back together and optimize the organization of content.
-
How do I report objectionable content that I found on a site you host?
Notify me by email or via this support section or via one of many contact forms located on this site. Feedback page might be best.
I will promptly (normally within 2-3 days) start investigating the matter.
When you report the a Web site containing potentially offensive or unlawful content, include these:
• Include an exact link to the page in question.
• Describe your complaint in detail, with supporting evidence.Once notified, I will review the site and determine whether further action needs to be taken. Frivolous or bogus complaints will be ignored.

I have a design already drawn out on page, can you make it into a working site?
Yes, but only if the design is within reason. If your drawing is that of a the sites layout and general functions, then definitely.
Many of the sites I have designed started out on the back of napkins, notebook paper, and in mspaint and some of those sites have been among the most exciting and successful.
