I recall once hearing that 1 in 3 restaurants fail in the first year of business.  Watching a set of friends and acquaintances I know with restaurants fall into bankruptcy taught me some must-know facts about web design and the food service industry.

While Internet Explorer 7 has proved to be a great boon to web developers, by making web design with modern standards a hell of a lot easier (IE7 still betrays us in some aspects), it has not been as widely adopted as I, and many others, hoped.

It’s taken a long time, nearly a year since the site went live to reach this point. With the recent design changes to xtermpest.com, the site has reached the #1 spot in google’s SERP for “Orlando Pest Control“.
