In The Balance, Three Businesses Compete

The end of April is upon us, the start of may closes. So in the Balance, there are three businesses and their survival, expansion and growth.

  • Orb Portals Studio: I’ve finally got this project coming together where I want it to be. However, I’ve had little time to organize it and even less time to get back in touch with my clients. With that said, the Search Engine Optimization of it continues successfully, and I’m planning to begin phase-2 of my advertising soon.
  • U Do It and Save Pest Control: A Spin Off business from Xterm Pest Management, this do-it-yourself pest control business has potential to bring in anywhere from $10,000 a month in new revenue to $25,000 a month. Not to mention, it has started to sell exotic plants and orchids and below wholesale prices! Yet very little business flows into our doors. Why? Advertising. I’ve had relatively little time to work on it’s website, and even less time to promote the business online. We’ve also had problems with the county in posting signs out front of the business (our landlord pissed off the county code enforcement officers. Thanks buddy. Smooth move.) So In the Balance, to save this business drastic action must be taken. I’m gonna start developing a 3 point plan to rescue this business. It’s a classic example of why new businesses fail, but we’re gonna strike this balance and turn it in our favor!
  • Xterm Pest Management: my step father’s business. Despite to sabotage and slander of my uncle, the business continues to grow and expand building a reputation as an affordable, dependable, and friendly Orlando pest control that is there when you need it. And my advertising scheme, with zero budget and no experience is a large factor in its success. It goes to show, it’s not money that funds success, it’s doing what you can with what you have.

May looks to be an exciting month, one where these three Businesses will expand into success.
